People in Maryland love their Baltimore orioles — so much so that their Major League Baseball team bears the name of the migrating bird. Yet, by 2080, there may not be any orioles left in Maryland. They migrate each year and, according to a new report, could soon be forced to nest well north of the Mid-Atlantic state.

I live in the Adirondacks and drive all over NYS and I can assure you that we have a shitload of birds! Quite literally. In fact our tireless contributions of road kill allow crows, ravens and vultures to thrive

Exactly.

One purposefully obtuse reply, one "I see birds everywhere" replay and a satire video.

This is why discussing climate change with these monkeys is a complete waste of time.

Hummingbirds migrate to the Yucatan Peninsula every year...except now they don't. I have hummers in my yard 12 months of the year. Maybe they are just getting lazy.

OK ! In MI we have not had a 90 degree day, over the past 15 years the Global Temps have been steady to slightly declining.

During the Warming period, as the snow cap decreased it uncovered ruins and mines in Iceland and Greenland.

The polar Icecap grew massively over the last 2 winters.

Can we at least call it the weather?

I believe that we can do lots of things that are better for the world and environment, but taxing the businesses of the USA, and that is what all of the Climate change legislation is about, is not going to change anything accept to continue the offshoring of jobs in the USA

More importantly I live in the woods and see as many birds as ever.

My favorite:

If Global Warming is real, then why was there record snowfall in so many parts of the country last winter?
