I did not know what is the Constitution Party

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Constitution_Party_(United_States)

The Constitution Party is a right-wing (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Right-wing) political party (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Political_parties_in_the_United_States) in the United States (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States).[2] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Constitution_Party_(United_States)#cite_note-2)[3] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Constitution_Party_(United_States)#cite_note-3)[4] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Constitution_Party_(United_States)#cite_note-Clarkson-4)[5] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Constitution_Party_(United_States)#cite_note-5)[6] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Constitution_Party_(United_States)#cite_note-6)[7] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Constitution_Party_(United_States)#cite_note-7) This party believes that the United States is a Christian (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Christianity) nation founded on the basis of the Bible (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bible) and that jurisprudence should be restored to what the party claims is its "Biblical foundations".[8] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Constitution_Party_(United_States)#cite_note-8) It has been described by its critics as a theocratic (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Theocratic) party, as was its predecessor.[9] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Constitution_Party_(United_States)#cite_note-9)[10] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Constitution_Party_(United_States)#cite_note-10)[11] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Constitution_Party_(United_States)#cite_note-11)[12] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Constitution_Party_(United_States)#cite_note-12) The Constitution Party advocates a platform which reflects the Party's understanding of the principles set forth in the Declaration of Independence (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_Declaration_of_Independence), the Constitution of the United States (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_Constitution), the Bible, and the Bill of Rights (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_Bill_of_Rights).
The party was founded as the "U.S. Taxpayers' Party" by Howard Philips (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Howard_Phillips_(politician)) in 1991.[13] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Constitution_Party_(United_States)#cite_note-13) Phillips was the party's candidate in the 1992, 1996 and 2000 presidential elections. The party's official name was changed to The Constitution Party in 1999; however, some state affiliate parties are known under different names. The party's platform is predicated on the party's understanding of the original intent (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Original_intent) of the nation's founding documents.[14] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Constitution_Party_(United_States)#cite_note-Party_website-14) The party absorbed the American Independent Party (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_Independent_Party), which was founded for George Wallace (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/George_Wallace)'s 1968 presidential campaign. The Constitution Party receives substantial support from Christian Right (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Christian_Right) organizations and claims to be the "philosophical home" of the Tea Party (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tea_Party_movement).[15] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Constitution_Party_(United_States)#cite_note-TEA-15) The Constitution Party candidate, former congressman Tom Tancredo, came in second place in the 2010 Colorado gubernatorial election (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Colorado_gubernatorial_election,_2010) with 36.43% of the vote, ahead of Republican Dan Maes with 11.13%. In 2006, Rick Jore, of the then recently disaffiliated Constitution Party of Montana, was elected to the Montana House of Representatives with 56.2% of the vote, defeating Democrat Jeanne Windham.

But I have trouble with such quizzes. Take the first question: "What is your stance on abortion?" OK, well, I am pro-choice but I have little doubt the implication of selecting that answer means I'm for government intervention in the matter. Or the second, "Do you support the legalization of same sex marriage?" Well, I think gays should be free to marry, but I don't think government should legalize it. No, in all these social issues I think government should get out, it's none of its business. I suppose that's Constitutional since the Constitution doesn't empower government to meddle in such matters.

That's why they offer several different stances that allow for nuance.

I got basically a free Droid a year and a half ago and my agreement is up this Spring and I'm keeping my eye open for what's going to be available ("free").

Yesterday's technology is fine if it's free. Let the kids break the new shit in on their dime.
