I'm serious. It's well known in legal circles that they would purposefully provoke people in order to get a physical reaction. When gays alone didn't do it they started going to military funerals and provoking the families and friends of dead vets.

They have made millions off law suits.

The court has ruled that the WBC has to bring up new arguments other than the old ones.

A bit more detail since the thrust of the article is WBC was flat shut out.

Too bad said poster forgot to mention this.

Don't blame me, it was the Judge.

Judge Crabtree denied the request, (http://www.scribd.com/doc/245882967/2-14-cv-02518-35) but allowed the church to file an amicus brief in the case. The judge did, however, point out that repeating already stated arguments need not be reintroduced in said brief.

if you look up right wing nut job in your Funk & Wagnall...you will see these clucks!

Right wing means you support the Feds whereas left wing means you support rebels.

Ducks fly but I never heard this group flies.

The Feds had no position on Marriage for a super long time. Marriage became more important to the feds when wrapped up in the income tax mess.

Clinton agreed to defend a marriage consisting of one man plus one woman. The Supreme Court did not agree that the Feds had a role in the definition of marriage.

When we in CA agreed to give Homosexuals a way to legally connect to a same sex person, we made a major mistake by voting for them to have a legal union.

Why a mistake?

Homosexuals did not want a legal union. Every argument they had made sounded as if the legal union cured all problems. A legal union did not allow a hospital to block them. It made survivorship part of the law. It took care of every problem they had stated.

Then they came at Marriage with a vengeance.

We then made marriage a man and woman in our constitution.

Like a pack of wolves, homosexuals went to court. They broke down America in courts of law.

That to me is perverted.

The court has ruled that the WBC has to bring up new arguments other than the old ones.

In law, intervention is a procedure to allow a nonparty, called intervenor (also spelled intervener) to join ongoing litigation, either as a matter of right or at the discretion of the court, without the permission of the original litigants.

They only claim 39 members since Phelps died.

What is the fuss over again?

The Westboro Baptist Church (WBC) is an American unaffiliated Baptist (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Baptist)church known for its extreme ideologies, especially those against gay people (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Homophobia).[2] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Westboro_Baptist_Church#cite_note-2)[3] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Westboro_Baptist_Church#cite_note-3) The church is widely described as a hate group (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hate_group)[4] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Westboro_Baptist_Church#cite_note-4) and is monitored as such by the Anti-Defamation League (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anti-Defamation_League) and Southern Poverty Law Center (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Southern_Poverty_Law_Center). It was headed by Fred Phelps (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fred_Phelps) (although shortly before his death in March 2014, church representatives said that the church had not had a defined leader in "a very long time"),[5] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Westboro_Baptist_Church#cite_note-tcj2014-5) and consists primarily of members of his extended family;[6] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Westboro_Baptist_Church#cite_note-6) in 2011, the church stated that it had about 40 members

Restaurants there sucked, way over priced and touristy. There was a place across the river we went to a lot called the 302. Decent wing joint and not too stuffy.

Another place down on (I think it was) Moose Pond or further down was Bray's microbrewery. Kind of a shithole but that's my kind of place.
