View Full Version : China Climate Deal? 'Pffffft,' Say Republicans!
Well, we got the government we deserved once again from stupid voters (Dems in this case) who whined about life, the universe and everything while they sat on their fat asses November 4th. Inhofe in charge of the environment and and Ted Cruz in running space -- REALLY?
:greatjob:
[Andrea] Mitchell pushed Barrasso, a medical doctor by training. "You're a man of science," she said, highlighting statement from his colleague Inhofe (http://thinkprogress.org/politics/2009/09/25/61618/inhofe-god-cycles/) that claimed climate change could not be happening because God is in control (http://thinkprogress.org/politics/2009/09/25/61618/inhofe-god-cycles/). "Why should frankly people trust Republicans to be running policy on science when this is what the incoming chairman had to say about climate change?"

Does China have to change for 16 years, yes or no?

Details are here. They have a bit more time than us but even greater motivation. How much longer do you think their people will put up with this?

I suspect the only thing China cares about is that we make our payments to them on time. hint: make sure your children learn to speak Chinese...at least enough to say "do you want fries with that" in Chinese...that way, they will always be able to get a job (maybe)

This much a-do about nothing all that"s happened is the United States and China simply agreed to agree. The left will bally-hoo this to placate there egos from the drubbing they took Nov. 5th. I belive it's called deflection and distractio.

In other words: no.
We pollute less because our factories and jobs are in China, but we will cut emissions further. In what universe does that make any logical sense.
Would you cheer if the skinny person dieted for the fat guy?

When it comes to air pollution, we are not exactly the "skinny guy" Aly.
Enjoy beautiful downtown Smell-A.
