They have great surf life savers there. Which I imagine would be useful.

I have been on this site for some time now generously pointing out to any Yank that will listen the error of the American "way".

The sensitivities I have aroused when I speak of the American political system, the nutty adherence to a variety of loony religions, and of course their warlike foreign policies, has not endeared me to most Yanks here.

Most of them try to ignore me. Thereby committing themselves to even greater disasters than those they already bring upon themselves.

I don't really care what happens to Americans. They are far enough away to be merely a geographic smudge between Canada and Mexico. Perhaps they sense that? And are offended.
