Above link for credibility.

Article on Dorian Johnson.

There are links to his other insights on the Wilson/Brown case. He puts in plain words and clarfies several of the main points. Easy reading comprehension for all, assuming it's read.

Then by all means prove Mr. Cassell wrong or live in your world of lies and deceit. You do realise you'd have to prove Dorian Johnson did not tell different stories to the press and the GJ. Next ??

Mr Cassell has gone through the friend's statements point by point and refuted them. My feelings on the incident have nothing to do with those statements. Brown was shot from appx 30' away, multiple times. No evidence has disputed this fact. The only disputed item is why. I believe the cop was ill-trained, angry and scared. I don't think that is justification for killing someone from a distance of 30'. I believe allowing the police to claim their fear (even if unreasonable) as justification for killing someone (and endangering innocent citizens) is ridiculous.

Oh, I was merely wondering why this Cassel guy holds judicial credence given his appointment to the bench by a despot who then resigned when the despotic regime (Reich) was collapsing.

For someone that was "hiding" he spent a lot of time on MSNBC to say he saw it all. Anderson Cooper and Sharpton both had him on.

Not everyone who is a Republican or a Democrat is partisan, if you're convinced of that why do liberals place so much stock in case law?

He's not wrong about Dorian and was probably asked to write that. What everyone's forgetting is that this case is not pinned on a single bit of testimony, especially not Dorian's as he stated he was hiding for a great portion of it.

Someone should also ask the judge how Wilson's testimony of Brown fighting him with one hand meets the test of plausibility, but I doubt they will.

I see ... my apology ... I thought this Cassel guy was some important judge .... of such impeccable integrity and commanding such respect given his examinations and rulings that are epic precedence and such that his impartiality was never questioned ... that I should be impressed that his name is mentioned so reverently in a thread title ... and thus that his rendition of the case is ..

What can I say ... call it ... *jumping to conclusions* ... which I did ...

"In short, Dorian Johnson’s story is not only implausible on critical issues, but also fails to match the physical evidence.

In that respect, Johnson’s version clearly contrasts with Wilson’s testimony and, for example, Witness 10′s corroborating testimony.

A reader interested in all the facts can make up his own mind.

But to my mind, the evidence show that Johnson’s “hands up, don’t shoot” story is just that — a story made up by Dorian Johnson to obscure what really happened … and to transform his friend from a villain into a victim."
