With the utmost respect to what the OP is attempting to do with this thread, draw some correlation to the rise of Islamic extremism to that of the Christian right I think it is a dangerous correlation and hyperbole to inflict. While certain elements of the Christian population are attuned to the dictates of the Israeli PAC machine and therefore oblige the powers within government to continue aid and adventurism, they are not secretly planning suicide missions or harboring would be terrorists on US soil.

I find this sort of relativist rhetoric damaging and dangerous, albeit humorous.

No, he does mock white Christians and it's not something that I enjoy reading, but it's also not as if I have the golem control rod that will magically stop him from doing it.

I disagree with the approach he takes and the "caveat when pressed" style of acquiescence he makes on these issues, but he also is less interested in making friends online or being polite. I think that Christianity is far more complicated and kinder than he gives it credit for and that the expectations placed upon those who fall prey to the AIPAC media blitz is far too high given America's general sheep attitude for anything coming across the television screen from the Samsung phone he has to the belief that Israel is picked on.

Most human beings are good people who have good points of view and some points of view that are short-term and misguided.
