Its a right leaning court, its not about the law, its not about any merits, its all about politics.
Potus are all appointed for life after they are grilled about their political beliefs and standards. They are appointed by left wing presidents and right wing presidents to represent THEIR politics.

This court leans right.

We expect the ruling to be 9-0 since this time the law is extremely clear.

And if that happened it would sure make the court look like fools since it was they who approved of the ACA in the first place and they should have immediately detected any discrepancies rather than in retrospect and after the fact.

Not really. This ruling is over the legal statements in the law and my side wants those laws enforced. Can't argue with that.
