Makes quick work of Cruz, Boehner and Cotton!

Watch now before it gets yanked from YouTube (which it will) and you have to sit through a minute of dumb commercials.

That's one of the dumbest things SNL have ever done. SNL has gone downhill since the days of Belushi and the original cast. M

No, you've just lost your sense of humor.

But don't feel bad, the same has happened to most conservatives over the past 6 years ;-)

My sense of humor is alive and well. Just because something is dumb and presented as humor, does not make it humorous. Like I said, SNL has gone steadily down hill since the Bill Murray days.

Murray, Aykroyd, Belushi, Radner and all were great.

But i suspect you've likely not been keeping up, preferring instead to talk about the good old days. ;)

Tina Fey was so good most Americans thought that Palin saw Russia from her house. Tina Fey is hot as all get out, but I chalk it up to public school education.

Was one of the better SNL episodes in recent memory.

Weekend Update had me laughing out loud a few times...

Well, she did say this, thereby insinuating that it somehow gave her the foreign policy chops necessary to be a heartbeat away from POTUS:

“They’re our next-door neighbors. And you can actually see Russia, from land, here in Alaska, from an island in Alaska.”

But you bring up a good point. There have been MANY SNL regulars who were brilliant since the original cast. Hell .. Fey, Poehler, Ferrell, Armison, Wiig, Hammond, & Fallon just to name a few.

And gotta admit, the dude who played Ted Cruz in that sketch (other than being too heavy) pretty much nailed it.

The old guys were good too.

Quality stuff.

SNL has had a few periods where the cast talent was a little thin. But i don't think that is the case now.

Kate McKinnon is excellent. (Great "beiber") Kenan Thompson has been great for quite a few years. And a number of other solid newcomers....(love Leslie Jones)

Sorry but partisan hackery is never funny, no matter which side does it.

And there's the usual liberal hypocrisy in the post. If SNL or some pundit like Rush Limbaugh did this kind of humorabout liberals they'd get their panties all in a knot and do what they can to have them shut down, with their usual claptrap of intolerance, bigotry, homophobe, islamaphobe, etc etc....

youre right. I didn't keep up because it's not funny any more. As in everything else, standards have declined over the years.

You know, I was just going to say that dude looks a lot like The Rock, but I'm glad I didn't.
