Police released video Friday showing a parking lot brawl at an Arizona Walmart that left one suspect dead, and another suspect and officer shot.

The brawl broke out when eight officers from the Cottonwood Police Department responded to a call on Saturday, March 21 that a female Walmart employee had been physically assaulted when trying to enter a store restroom, according to a statement from police.

When officers arrived, the suspects — identified by police as members of the Gaver family — were in the parking lot attacking a second store employee, and immediately began attacking officers who tried to break up the melee, Arizona Department of Public Safety spokesman Bart Graves said.

The newly released video appears to show officers and suspects punching and kicking one another, and officers using Tasers, batons and pepper spray on several members of the Gaver family.

An officer identified as Sgt. Jeremy Daniels appears to be on the ground in a struggle with a suspect over the officer's weapon.

An officer identified as Officer Rick Hicks appears to shoot one man in the stomach before fatally shooting a man on top of Daniels.

The disciples point to the buildings of the temple and Jesus tells them the whole complex will become rubble. Then they ask what will be the signs leading up to His return and He tells them.

Chapter 23 is more interesting. It's basically the same as Martin Luther's attack on the Catholic Church. Jesus even says that no one should be called "Father," which the Church called its priests.

Police released video Friday showing a parking lot brawl at an Arizona Walmart that left one suspect dead, and another suspect and officer shot.

The brawl broke out when eight officers from the Cottonwood Police Department responded to a call on Saturday, March 21 that a female Walmart employee had been physically assaulted when trying to enter a store restroom, according to a statement from police.

When officers arrived, the suspects — identified by police as members of the Gaver family — were in the parking lot attacking a second store employee, and immediately began attacking officers who tried to break up the melee, Arizona Department of Public Safety spokesman Bart Graves said.

The newly released video appears to show officers and suspects punching and kicking one another, and officers using Tasers, batons and pepper spray on several members of the Gaver family.

An officer identified as Sgt. Jeremy Daniels appears to be on the ground in a struggle with a suspect over the officer's weapon.

An officer identified as Officer Rick Hicks appears to shoot one man in the stomach before fatally shooting a man on top of Daniels.

Cottonwood police video captures deadly shooting

A Cottonwood police video released Friday appears to show an officer shooting a man who was laying on the asphalt in a Walmart parking lot after fighting with a downed officer.

Cottonwood Police Chief Jody Fanning said that Enoch Gaver, 21, had disarmed Sgt. Jeremy Daniels and had shot him in the leg. He said Gaver was still armed with Daniels' gun when Officer Rick Hicks started hitting him with a baton.

After Hicks determined the baton had no effect, he resorted to shooting Gaver to death, Fanning said.

Hicks also shot and wounded David Gaver, who also had been on top of Daniels and had charged towards Hicks, Fanning said.

The guy that was killed was shot still holding the gun he used to shoot the officer he took it from.

Any group who stomps around talking about how they want to "take back 'their' country" (i.e. hand it over to religious kooks, gun nuts & gub'mint haters) deserves to be feared & loathed.
