Thanks to Bilerico for this report. Rubio cannot hope to make inroads into Latino support in 2016. His basic non-support of them, just like Ted Cruz's make them both unlikeable to Hispanics and Latinos. Therefore, he/they cannot count on Latino and Hispanic support in 2016 as obviously their stance on this important issue will not change to the benefit of those concerned.
