The thing everyone misses: to be a republican today is an impossible task for anyone other than an every day flip flopper. How can anyone please a base that goes from libertarian to religious fundie. From wealthy elitists to trailer park folk, from gun huggers to religious endtimers, from racists to Jesus lovers, from militias back to libertarians. Ain't possible, thus the comedy that the party has become. Oh and add immigration too. No wonder Reince wants few debates. LOL
