Recent events have really shown a sad side of the American experience. The oppression of some of the people that are our fellow citizens. Ferguson, Baltimore, are just the latest in a series of out cry's from a people that have lost hope.

So just who is it that has brought this oppression on the minorities....? What is the solution

Is it the 1%? What is it that they have stolen from the people, are they not the people that watched their businesses burn and their merchandise stolen? Just how did they oppress the people of the inner city that have lost hope?

Is it the Police, are they the reason for the violence, did they target people like Mr. Brown, Mr. Gray, Young Travon Martin? did they seek these people out and persecute them? Do the police respond to the color of the skin or the committing of crime?

Is it the leaders of the communities, and the government? are there policies constructive or destructive to the hope and dreams of the poor communities?

Just where does the injustice come from and what are the answer?

If you take the time to listen to the reading, then you must ask your selves, Is the government of today acting as a body designed to do the work, of, for and by the people? or have the current leaders chosen to act with the tyranny of a king!

Then we must ask did this take place in a short period of time, or did the people fall asleep, and slowly allow a federal government to become a king?

If this government has adopted the despotism of a crown, I would suggest that it is not the fault of Democrats or Republicans, but that of the people, that have allowed themselves to be ruled, rather than free

We the people have become selfish. and that be of all races, sexes and creeds. Would Doctor King for example lament the oppression facing African Americans, compared to the oppression of his day, he would likely lament the lost opportunity of a people that still have Obstacles but have gained so many freedoms and opportunities that his generation did not have.

In the same stance what would the founding fathers think of the people of today? Those that pledged there lives, fortunes, and sacred honor to the founding of a free people and a nations built on liberty?

Just what rules did they set forth and what path did they intend the people to follow? fortunately that to is preserved for the people of today.

Blacks have been socio-economically out competed by every immigrant group to enter America. Our ancestors destroyed their family structure, but that was 150 years ago and most people didn't even have a great grand daddy alive then. Only blacks can rebuild their family structure. I see them doing the opposite in many places. But it ain't easy, the inner city is not a family friendly world. For starters she's not a "bitch" or a "ho" she's your date, girlfriend, etc. As for young black women . If he says no condom you say no sex. Condom sales in the hood will sky rocket. However, sending the least vetted, least educated cops into the inner city while our better trained State Troopers write traffic tickets is ridiculous and helps lead to police racism and even murder. How on earth would anyone in the inner city, much less a young black male possibly trust the people who should be helping? They may have to form yet another inner city gang. White, black, latino, Asian : It doesn't matter. This gang would be about taking their streets back themselves as the police cannot or will not. It could serve to uplift communities, heal wounds , bring inner city people together regardless of race. But it could not function "by the book"

In Midcan's response he points out a few things that are undeniable truths. But I would like to examine them further.

The first is Education in the inner cities? We refuse to look at the consequences of supporting a failed system

The education system is failing the people so what do the local governments advocate? More money, and who are the governments in charge of these areas? Liberal democrats.

Should we fire the teachers that are not getting through? NO they are protected by the Union, supported by, liberal democrats.

What about giving the parents a choice and assigning the money to the child so the parents can send them to a better school. This is totally opposed by you guessed it ? Liberal Democrats.

Tax breaks to bring jobs to the inner cities? Opposed by liberal Democrats.

Very struck and harsh punishment for crime and the dismantling of gangs. Opposed by liberal democrats.

Using public funds to support religious charities that will provide child care, healthcare, continuing education. You guessed it all opposed by liberal democrats.

So how do you expect the status quo to change when all you are advocating is more of the same!
