Five House Democrats Wednesday bucked their party and voted with Republicans to repeal Obamacare.

The vote, 244 to 185 with no Republicans voting against a repeal, was mostly symbolic, given that House Republicans have orchestrated at least 30 prior votes to fully or partially kill or defund the president's health care law. All passing efforts have died in the Democratic-controlled Senate and Wednesday's legislation will befall the same fate. But the vote did offer politically-vulnerable members a new opportunity to take sides on the president's health care law.

Larry Kissell and Mike McIntyre, both of North Carolina, were the only two Democrats to publicly announce prior to Wednesday's vote their plans to side with the Republicans and back a repeal (http://news.yahoo.com/blogs/ticket/politically-vulnerable-democrats-plan-back-obamacare-repeal-191746511.html). Additionally, Oklahoma Rep. Dan Boren and Arkansas Rep. Mike Ross, both of whom voted to fully repeal the law in 2011, voted the same way Wednesday. Both Democrats are retiring, which frees them from worrying about the electoral ramifications of their decisions.
That leaves one surprise vote for repeal from Democratic Rep. Jim Matheson of Utah. Matheson had offered no firm confirmation of his position prior to the vote and did not vote for full repeal in Jan. 2011.....snip~

Wow (5) ... that many.

That's 28 less than the number of times Republicans Failed to Kill Affordable care Act.

Keep up the good work.

We shall see after November. If the GOP wins the senate, Obama care is gone.

4 more years of Bitching like little Women (apologizes to the Bitches and Women) :grin:You are one of the most childish people I have ever encountered. You are trying to act like the fool to mask the fact that even democrats can see through this travesty. Of course Dirty harry can't see it until he pulls his head out of Obamas a$$, so the senate...until next year, will remain under his control. remember, he who laughs last, laughs best.

Yeah good thing Reid kept it from going to the Senate Floor for the Vote each time. Especailly with those 8 Demo Senators retiring and the 2 that will not be seeking re-election. Oh lookie....one is Webb in Virginia. Hmmmm don't tell me Obama is going to lose virginia to now. It just keeps getting worse and worse. Doesn't it?

Of course they will keep up the good work. Just remember that each of those 32 times was a victory in the House spanking Democrats non stop and including those that switch-hit from the DNC party. Btw, since you like talking about the Repubs working. Care to talk about any Bills that the Demos created yet but have not done anything to legislate. Now don't count all the House Demos getting up and walking out on a vote as Working for the American People. What afraid to have their Name down for the record. Thats Alright we make a list and keep it nice Just-in case anyways. :evil5:

How's Jesse Junior and all those votes he missed. While crying about that he has a Mood Disorder, exhaustion, and now a alcohol and or drug problem. You know Mr. Ethical.
