Its no wonder why the republicans who represent the rich and corporates interests in the country foremost and their conservative flock rail against the govt as all evil. Its simply because the govt is the only thing standing in the way of their complete finalized rape of the american citizen and worker.

The only response conservatives ever have is Corporations create jobs and outsourcing creates more jobs. Yeah right anyone that has open eyes sees that bold lie for what it is.

Last week's settlement between the Justice Department and five giant banks reveals the appalling weakness of modern antitrust.

The banks had engaged in the biggest price-fixing conspiracy in modern history. Their self-described "cartel" used an exclusive electronic chat room and coded language to manipulate the $5.3 trillion-a-day currency exchange market. It was a "brazen display of collusion" that went on for years, sa (http://www.nytimes.com/2015/05/21/business/dealbook/5-big-banks-to-pay-billions-and-plead-guilty-in-currency-and-interest-rate-cases.html?_r=0)id Attorney General Loretta Lynch.
But there will be no trial, no executive will go to jail, the banks can continue to gamble in the same currency markets, and the fines - although large - are a fraction of the banks' potential gains and will be treated by the banks as costs of doing business.

America used to have antitrust laws that permanently stopped corporations from monopolizing markets, and often broke up the biggest culprits.

Banking and Finance have long been a pet project of the left!

But I don't remember anyone saying that Outsourcing is a good thing, But when Government taxation and regulations make it impossible to compete, then you have to do what you have to do!

Business is about making money, Benefits, Wages, and the paying of taxes are just a side effect, it has always been that way.

There is a growing group in the USA that somehow feel that Business exist to support the population. As this group gets larger and larger, supported by the entitlement programs and mentality, being taught in the public schools, The larger this group gets the more companies will be forced to automate or off shore their businesses to be able to compete.

The problem is they are not educated in economics and are not capable of understanding why this happens

Individual rights are being eroded, corporate power is increasing. Democrats are just as much to blame for this if not more because they're paid corporatist whores also. They just blow this "we're for the common man" smoke up your ass and you bite that hook and sinker every time.

At least the right has libertarians who identify with our rapidly eroding rights and privileges, there is very little noise from the left on this front.

The problem isn't just business, as the pro-government faction claims. The problem isn't just government, as the pro-business faction claims. Those two factions' only purpose is to distract from the real problem. The problem is the collusion of the two, the rich and the powerful, that creates a corrupt system. Once you see that then the question becomes how do you effectively stop it.
