Today, Ryan Zinke, an ex-Navy SEAL and Montana State Senator, announced the launch of Special Operations for America (http://soforamerica.org/), a political action committee dedicated to “the election of Mitt Romney and like-minded candidates.”

“Navy SEAL’s, Special Operations Personnel and Veteran’s across America have been outraged since Barack Obama conveniently took credit for killing Osama Bin Laden for political gain,” a statement announcing the launch of SOFA said. “The active duty military has no voice as they are forbidden to publicly engage in the political campaign process and it is career suicide for senior military leaders to speak out against the President.”

“The President has failed and he is jeopardizing the safety of our troops, their families and our National security for political gain. Obama has exposed the identity of special operations units, leaked classified information, and limited the rules of engagement of forces on the ground,” said Mr. Zinke. “

With Mr. Obama, actions speak louder than words ....."You do the work and I'll take the credit".

Enough is enough.

Mr. Zinke, who has frequently (http://current.com/shows/the-young-turks/videos/navy-seal-ryan-zinke-use-of-bin-ladens-death-struck-a-nerve-but-wont-last-through-election) slammed (http://www.opposingviews.com/i/politics/2012-election/former-navy-seals-and-republicans-attack-pres-obama-using-bin-laden-killing) the president’s handling of the raid that killed Osama bin Laden, reiterated his criticisms of the operation.

“The President has failed and he is jeopardizing the safety of our troops, their families and our National security for political gain. Obama has exposed the identity of special operations units, leaked classified information, and limited the rules of engagement of forces on the ground,” said Mr. Zinke.

He wasn't just a SEAL, he was a former commander of SEAL Team 6. (I know that isn't their official name).

"Fraught" for? Not so.

“The active duty military has no voice as they are forbidden to publicly engage in the political campaign process and it is career suicide for senior military leaders to speak out against the President.”

How do you feel about Mr. Obama exposing the identity of special ops units, leaking classified information, and limiting the ROE of the forces on the ground. In short, how can it be justified?
