Interesting site to reaffirm your political leanings. Mine were no surprise... except Obama ranking as high as he did. But then again, he lies a lot, so who knows what he really thinks?

The POTUS lies a lot? Got a link?

Personally, I don't think there is a politician that ever drew a paycheck that don't lie.

For every "lie" you show me from politicians you don't like, I can probably show you two lies from those you do like. Research the facts. That's what I do. Then I just let the cards fall where they may. Democrat, republican, internet poster, it don't matter. A liar is a liar.

I have found it best to always preface, "In my opinion..." when I state my opinions but can offer no evidence. Everybody has a right to their opinion.

LOL, first you ask for a link, then agree all presidents lie?

Which is it, Capt... you want proof or should I just take your word for it?

I'd say if you're determined to vote for Gary Johnson, you might as well stay home... and Paul won't even be on the ballot. Leaves a choice between the man with the horrible track record, or the one who hasn't had a chance to fix things yet.

I'll be voting for the latter.

You do know that Mitt has a Political Record the is the Exact opposite of Good-Old Republicans Values.

But everyone wants to forget it and Mitt is hoping his supporters are too stupid to check his record.

MSNBC had an 30 minute segment, that just played Mitt Romney's Interviews and Debates.

Barack had a political record everybody was willing to overlook... voting present. Why should Mitt be any different?

He deserves a chance to do for our country what he did for many businesses... bring us back to solvency. Something we KNOW Obama isn't capable of doing.

My plan is to go with Romney. Unless he does something really stupid like picking a loser for a VP like McCain did.

A lot of people, mostly hacks, intrepret my "got a link" approach, (when they throw up some spew straight from NewsMax or MSNBC cursing the president,) as support for Obama. They could not be further from the truth. Don't get me wrong, I think Obama is a nice enough guy who cares a lot and works very hard. I certainly don't stand with the fools who Glenn Beck him to death. But he had his turn and I just think it's time to give somebody else a chance.

I am just an old school "Goldwater" type conservative that believes in integrity and honor. I like to call the hacks out, every chance I get, no matter who they are 'poo-poo-ing" at the time.

I was raised to believe that we should not bear false witness and that we should study to show thyself approved. When I see blowhards "bearing false witness" I cannot pass up the oppertunity to expose them. I just have too much fun doing it.

But whoever wins the oval office, that person will be my president and I will show them the respect the high office deserves, until they prove to me they do not deserve that respect. Poor ol' Obama was tried and convicted before he ever raised his right hand to be sworn in. Those are the people I enjoy exposing for their stupid hackery. And it looks like I found a pretty good playground here at this forum.

I did the same to those who hated Bush. if you got facts, I'm all ears. If you got smack, I'm gonna expose ya. Plain and simple. It's what I do. That's how I pay my mortgage and put braces on my kids. i am very blessed to have a profession doing what I love to do.

It did not surprise me to find out how much my beliefs align with Paul's but you gotta admit, he comes across pretty whacky at times. He wouldn't have stood a chance against a silver-tongued bullshitter like Obama.

I am not surprised at how much my beliefs aligned with Romney. I always liked Romney as a person. I do worry about his lack of likeability amongst the masses. That don't win elections either.

The only way I see Obama doing any good is if they junk the republican congress. The down side to that is a democrat congress scares the hell out of me and we simply can't afford them. Otherwise, we can look forward to another 4 years of do-nothing, hole digging, political bullshit and "screw the people."

Omaba got elected to fulfill the desires and wishes of the majority of Americans. His political oppents could have cared less what America wanted. All that matters to them is what they wanted. And all they wanted was to kick Obama out of the country club.

But it's easier to replace one man than it is to replace the Washington around him. If for no other valid reason, Obama should go. For the sake of the country. I would respect him more if he would accept that and just not even run next election. If he wins, only he wins. Too many just refuse to work with him. He's got to go. Nice try Obama, but the cards are stacked against ya as far as getting anything done goes. You have been rendered impotent.

But, on the other hand, the democrats now posess the moral highground to filibuster and obstruct any and everything that Romney wants to do, should he be elected, the way the GOP did Obama. So, even with Romney, we can look forward to 4-8 more years of stagnation.

It's damned if you do and damned if you don't. It seems we have mopped ourselves into a corner America.

What now?

Source: Human Events Powerful Conservative Voices. Hey, we can't get any more unbiased and objective than that, can we?

So, here we have Obama, with an inhereted debt crisis, inherited wars, inherited unemployment crisis, a wife with a ghetto-booty, in the middle of an aggressive election, making laws for goat herders. Hey, makes perfect sense to me.

These new special procedures issued by the Labor Department must be followed by employers who want to hire temporary agricultural foreign workers to perform sheep herding or goat herding activities. It describes strict rules for sleeping quarters, lighting, food storage, bathing, laundry, cooking and new rules for the counters where food is prepared. <snip> “Such a unit shall include a comfortable bed, cot or bunk, with a clean mattress,” the rules state.

Say what? That can't be so! Why, that evil, marxist, dictator! What's he going to do next? Restrict the little goatherding children from operating meat grinders?

It must be because his father was a goat herder. <snicker> Either that or he is sucking up the huge voting block of goat herders out there.

Thanks for sharing. I learned something.

Yes, I can see you're very objective. /sarcasm/ As I'm sure you noticed, the new restrictions for ranchers were passed last year, so not sure why you're trying to tie it into an election year.

Like I said in the original thread... I can certainly see the Obama Admin using these new regulations to come down hard on the rancher who gave Romney a mil. Hope you're at least honest enough to admit the Labor Dept's 'new' rules will come in mighty handy when dealing with the Labor Dept's investigation of this rancher from Idaho.

Or maybe you're really too blinded by Obama's light to see the connection, eh? ;)

It wouldn't surprise me any. It is so Clintonesque to go for the throat of their detractors and Hillery is just a few offices down the hall. I can totally see the logic in your post.

But I also think anyone with a million dollars to give to a politician probably has enough money to buy a few cots and some mattresses. I doubt he is too worried about it.

But if it will help us to better communicate, I will do my best to feign anger at the non-issue the best I can. I'm a team playa. LOL!

Well, I did notice that the other day I responded to one of your posts, thinking you were the "other" person here that I know longer dialog with, (who is definitely a hack.) But I caught my error and went back to delete it. (I am also having some editing problems on this forum.)

Being new here I am just getting the feel for the members here. I think you are very opinionated and not very opened minded. But, in all fairness, I have been accused of the same. I also think your sources are somewhat biased beyond credibility. That is a particular pet peave of mine but I digress.

But I do not regard you as unworthy of debate. That is reserved specifically for hacks. In fact, I actually enjoy reading your posts and responding in kind.

I think, going forth, if you and I would correspond with each other much like two people might sitting at a table, over a cup of coffee or a glass of wine, we'll do just fine. Sound good?

I would like to humbly apologize if, in my confusion, I might responded to your writings thinking you were someone else. That was my bad. Have patience with me. I'll get the hang of it. I am a work in progress.
