Idk, but they sure have an affinity for "free" there.

You can't just hand out the birth control methods, you have to teach how to properly use them. Some parents have problems with both aspects of that. But if a young woman is taking the birth control pill and doesn't know that many/some antibiotics drastically reduce their efficacy, or what to do when you miss a day, then there's a problem.

Anyways, the stats aren't surprising in this experiment.
