The flag has been used by nearly all of the southern Rock bands, His music definitely has that influence written all over it.
And the Democrats have spent the last month telling us that it stands for racism, so you don't get to change because it does not fit the bill in this case.

Well I have had a chance to spend a little time with Kid Rock and he sure they hell is not high society. But then I did not check with the local democrats to see if he was just being himself while we were sitting on the bank fishing carp?

As someone that I have met I can tell you he is pretty down to earth country hick. Now I don't know everything about him, and I don't hang with him. I did get a chance to sit on a bank as catch some very large ugly fish.

Maybe our definitions of RED NECK are different. my son grew up in a fairly wealthy home and he is a red neck.
I define the terms as Foxworthy did. A glorious lack of sophistication. And everything I see about Rock, which is limited points to that.
One of the things that seems to be a common bond is the real lake of consideration for what others think about them.
Just because they have money, or are educated or live in nice houses, does not preclude them from having those gifts in my book.
So in your book maybe it does and then we could both be right.
