Just saw this on GMA. ABC said hundreds of emails have been found after H Clinton claimed all have been turned over.

Just another hit-piece by the biased media. Couldn't possibly have any factual basis. Everyone knows they just attack Clinton because they are afraid of her. Its that vast right-wing conspiracy at work. Any problems were created by repubs pretending to be dems just to embarrass the dems. BTW....doesn't this source have a reputation of attacking anything dem?

not really, but I couldn't resist.

You should have resisted. Just saying it's a hit without showing why is silly. :)

I realize you were being tongue and cheek, but the two State Dept IG's were not.

Link (http://www.cnbc.com/2015/07/23/criminal-inquiry-sought-in-hillary-clintons-use-of-email.html) DoJ can do a civil or criminal investigation, or decline to do either.

Two inspectors general have asked the Justice Department to open a criminal investigation into whether sensitive government information was mishandled in connection with the personal email account Hillary Rodham Clinton (http://www.cnbc.com/hillary-clinton/) used as secretary of state, senior government officials said Thursday.

The request follows an assessment in a June 29 memo by the inspectors general for the State Department and the intelligence agencies that Mrs. Clinton's private account contained "hundreds of potentially classified emails." The memo was written to Patrick F. Kennedy, the under secretary of state for management.

It is not clear if any of the information in the emails was marked as classified by the State Department when Mrs. Clinton sent or received them.

The DoJ may refuse the case, although if Obama doesn't want Hillary to follow him....
