College Football Playoff National Champion and potential starting quarterback for The Ohio State University Cardale Jones cemented his support of the Black Lives Matter movement on Thursday morning after a fan told him told him to concentrate on football.
Jones — who rose to national prominence after becoming the third starting quarterback for the Buckeyes in 2014 — stopped a fan in his tracks after the fan told the young football player to keep his mind on winning another championship.

The fan, who went by the username @DGus1228, deleted his account shortly thereafter, but not before TPM got a screengrab of the exchange.

So, because a fan wants a football player with a scholarship to concentrate on football and not politics, he's acting like a racist slave owner?
Maybe his comment was stupid or presumptuous, but I don't see we should automatically assume it's racist. If anything, that diminishes real racism.

The fucking race card is played so much that it's more diluted than the US dollar. Shit loses meaning real quick and takes away from actual racism when it happens.

Ohio sucks. They should stick with mediocre faggotry like using their personnel at half time to write and draw pictures on the field like a bunch of overweight synchronize swimmers or something.
Also all lives matter. Not just black lives.

Maybe this guy is racist, or maybe he's just another stupid football fan who thinks football players shouldn't think about anything except football. For some reason, Cigar and people like him go straight to the race card.

It certainly appears that way. This guy is "white", so Cigar feels comfortable assuming he is a racist, even though the comment he made was not racist. Maybe he said something racist in another comment? Perhaps Cigar could show us the racist comment this person made then, because I haven't seen one.

It's funny because I doubt cigar really even cares about the nuances of everything so long as he's on the "winning team." I mean, you brought up what the Clintons have done to the black community and instead of expressing outrage, he mocks you and acts generally condescending.
