Speaking of Westerns

Has anyone ever seen Heavens' Gate? It has a good cast and sounds interesting, but supposedly is one of the biggest bombs in history (given its cost). Wondering if it is worth checking out or not.

Director is the same from the Deer Hunter, which I think it still a very good flick

Even the trailers didnt interest me.....but if ya want to see another Old Remake that turned out decent. Check out True-Grit With Jeff bridges and matt Damon.

Well other critics had it rated top-10. Seems people had issues with the personality of the directory, so I thought maybe if one of you scholars had watched it I'd be interested in your thoughts. ;D
