What some see as judicial activism others see as correct. Citizens United? Hobby Lobby? Same Sex Marriage? Roe v Wade?

I think SCOTUS is like anything controversial...no one is really happy with the result....neither side gets their wishes 100%.

Judicial activism in not interpretation of the Constitution but acting outside the Constitution to enact laws. There's a clear separation of powers.
