Second accident in England this month, at east 7 dead . Hasn't this happened before/. But I mean who could have foreseen something bad happening while doing stunts over crowds with a 70 year old plane?

My dad use to take us to air shows when I was little. Cool stuff.

Yes they are dangerous and people die. Probably part of the reason I found them to be cool.

It's the inherent risk in the business. I like air shows, I think they are fun. I have never been to one that there was an accident, thank goodness, but it's part of the risk. I wouldn't want to see it, but it happens.

I'm amazed by how many people want to ban legal activities because accidents sometimes happen. Let's ban football because the players are at risk for an injury. Let's ban auto and boat racing because accidents can happen during a race.

We need to ban the recreational activity of skydiving. SCUBA divers die all the time. We need to ban SCUBA diving. Surfers have been attacked by sharks. Surfing should be banned.

I have no problem with air shows, just quit using vintage aircraft!!!!

I don't care much if some hot dog stunt pilot buys the farm, I just hate seeing these beautiful old airplanes being destroyed!!!!

Eventually we will reach the point where there are only one or two of each model left in museums.

A person hasn't lived until they've been to the EAA AirVenture (http://www.eaa.org/en/airventure) held once a year in Oshkosh, WI. Not only is the air show great but there are always new/old and one of a kind aircraft on display, up close.
