They come back from commercial and he plays a clip of Ted Cruz saying the "the president Bush's made two mistakes appointing Souter and Roberts." Roberts regarding voting on Gay marriage.......
Todd says I fact checked and a democrat appointed Souter (Bush senior did).
Roberts did vote on Gay marriage Todd said he did not.
That said it was a minute segment with no discussion. Most people would have went on about their business but he basically just called Cruz a liar. So I replayed what was said and googled the facts.
Chuck Todd just showed me he cannot be trusted. That was no mistake! He not only didn't mention the "democratic president" that appointed souter, he had to know it was Bush if he FACT CHECKED it as he stated. He simply mislead the public to make Cruz look bad which he obviously has a dislike for..................Unbelievable.
