Hillary Clinton: 'Another conspiracy theory'

“During the ’90s, I was subjected to the same kind of barrage,” the former first lady said on NBC’s “Meet the Press,” noting that New York voters elected her a senator despite the attacks.
She rejected the notion that her decision to use a personal email server as secretary of state was meant to evade public records searches, noting that congressional investigators unearthed many of her emails before she released them because they were obtainable through public systems. She acknowledged, however, the “drip, drip, drip” of accusations leveled at her, but couldn’t guarantee when they would stop.
“There’s only so much I can control,” Clinton said, characterizing her responses as entailing “more transparency and more information than anybody I’m aware of that’s ever served in the government.”

Perhaps Mrs Clinton can tell us who beside her kept all their Government eMails stored on an unsecure server in their basement? Well? Hillary said...“I did not e-mail any classified material to anyone on my e-mail. There is no classified material. I’m certainly well-aware of the classification requirements and did not send classified material.” Ya gotta love the lawyer in her, she never said she didn't receive or store classified material in an unauthorized location.....which she did. Additionally, who else in Government took a server with stored classified material and turned it over to an IT company without the proper security clearances? Who?

It is a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than a year to keep “documents or materials containing classified information . . . at an unauthorized location.” Note that it is the information that is protected; the issue doesn’t turn on whether the document or materials bear a classified marking. This is the statute under which David Petraeus—former Army general and Central Intelligence Agency director—was prosecuted for keeping classified information at home. Mrs. Clinton’s holding of classified information on a personal server was a violation of that law. So is transferring that information on a thumb drive to David Kendall, her lawyer.

What "vast right wing conspiracy" is there when she violates the law? Because she's called to account on it?
As things keep emerging, sooner or later the DOJ will HAVE to do something. It's not going away, especially during the 2016 election cycle. If the DOJ doesn't act it will reflect on the entire Democrat party who pushed for confirmation of Loretta E. Lynch. To me they will appear to the voters as corrupt considering they were willing to prosecute David Petraeus for keeping classified information at home, then allowing the Golden Girl to do the same thing without any ramifications at all. If they don't treat Hillary the same as they did Petraeus, the run up to 2016 will look a lot like 1994. "Democrat culture of corruption" mid-term election where the Republicans took over both houses of Congress, gaining 8 seats in the Senate and 54 in the House. This time they just might get a veto/filibuster proof majority + the White House.
