We have several things that we do as a country that we just seem to be stuck in a rut.

Here I want to look at 3 very specific things and just why we are still doing things the same way

#1 Social Security.

There are a few things that we know and are really not disputable. First the system is bankrupt, we understand that there is not enough money, this is why we see things like this years no cost of living increase. Medicare insurances are rising and they are covering less with higher copays.

We also know that when you pass on, none of your investment is given to your families but it is taken from you and last the system only provides an existence at or below the poverty level, even in the best of cases.

Yet we refuse to change the system for our younger workers to actually build wealth for the nation

#2 National Security and intervention. Since Korea, we stopped fighting wars. we now fight police actions where there is no clear winner and the will of the opposition is never broken. We actually build our enemies. and the most powerful military in the world is handicapped

Yet even under Obama the policies remain the same and the concept of a total war with much higher standards and only unconditional surrender as means for ending the violence is avoided like the plague.

Yet we expect different results.

#3 Welfare. Talk about a broke system look no further than our social safety net. A system designed to help but turns into a trap in which people become ensnared and are unable to break the chains.

Think of a system that actually punishes people if they take a short term job, If they can get side work? as system that can only be used for 100% support.

A system that makes it impossible to retain the things that you need to get back into the work force and the system that is happy to keep you in the bonds of poverty.

Yet suggest a system that trains people for work , supports employers moving into areas that need the jobs and you are looked on like you are a fool.

So when you look at what the government is actually doing and can't find the solution? Just think of the best way to keep people dependent on the government and powerless to stand up to it?

And you will get your answer

Do you know what it was?

All they know is the 21 million jobs that were created was a bad thing, but when Clinton used it then it became a good thing?
