Courts reign in Obama’s regulatory overreach (http://www.realclearpolicy.com/blog/2015/11/04/courts_rein_in_obamas_regulatory_overreach_1459.ht ml). Obama has gone over board with his executive power. Courts are fixing that.

The surest evidence that President Barack Obama's environmental policies have gone too far comes from the federal courts, which in the past five months have struck down or limited several of his executive orders and regulations.

On June 26, the Supreme Court set aside a mercury and air toxics regulation established during Obama's first term. Writing for the majority, Justice Antonin Scalia stated, "It is not rational, never mind ‘appropriate,' to impose billions of dollars of economic costs in return for a few dollars in health or environmental benefits. Statutory context supports this reading."

On July 28, the Washington, D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals ordered the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to rewrite its 2011 Cross-State Air Pollution Rule. The court struck down limits EPA had placed on sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide emissions. In his ruling, Judge Brett Kavanaugh wrote, "EPA ... required states to reduce pollutants beyond the point necessary to keep downwind states in compliance with the agency's pollution rules, ... violat[ing] the Supreme Court's clear mandate."

On September 1, district-court judge Robert Junell voided endangered-species protections for the lesser prairie chicken, which is found in Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas. It is quite rare for a federal court to overturn a listing by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, but Junell found that the agency failed to consider, as required by law, the success of comprehensive conservation plans designed and administered by state wildlife agencies and landowners in reducing threats to the prairie chicken before listing the animal as threatened.

But that isn't what got him into office and he has been abusing executive authority and getting away with it for a long time due to skin color.

Enough is enough though. It's about time the American people realize skin color is meaningless and there are millions of different shades of skin color. In the south when I lived there I even heard blacks berate and poke fun at each other for being "light skinned" or "dark skinned."

We really dont need to waste money on a congress when the unelected government workers at EPA and the unelected judges are making all the decisions.

But the Lefties prime mode of Political Power acquisition is, and has always been, Divide and Instigate Envy.

Originally, under Karl Marx, the division was planned to be between the wealthy, and the working class, and in Russia, because of the long term existing wealth gap and low social mobility of the Russian society under the Czars, it worked.

In America, the division by wealth didn't work so well.

So, the far lefties in Germany, at the Frankfurt school, seeking a pathway that would work in other societies, began the practices of "Cultural Marxism" and "Critical Theory"

Bill Whittle has several really good Firewall videos on the history of this effort.

What went with Critical Theory, and Cultural Marxism, was Obama's long term church and Rev. Wright's Black Liberation Theology.

Obama's ability to win the White House, and vast number of crimes he has been allowed to commit, comes from Political Correctness, Cultural Marxism, and Critical Theory.

Can I just ask you Kurmugeon how you came to be aware of the Frankfurt school and critical theory.

Can I just ask you Kurmugeon how you came to be aware of the Frankfurt school and critical theory.

Part of it was Bill Whittle's video, though I was aware that there was a German institute which started political correctness, back as early as 1983, when I ran afoul of Political Correctness Gothca games while attending the University of New Mexico. I was told about it by a physics professor, who tried to protect me from them, but it was too late, the radical leftie activist professors on the campus had already destroyed any chance I might have had of gaining the degree in physics I sought.

Before watching Whittle's video, I knew it was an organized effort, and associated with some school / institute in Germany, but I did not know the details. I was a bit busy defending the country for the next 26 years.

So, my academic career in ruins, due to leftie persecution, I enlisted the Air Force, to provide for my young family, Hispanic wife and two daughters.

Went to Beale AFB in CA to work on SR71s and U2 for the next four years. Many other Tech/R&D/Military work years later... Here I am, broken down, worn out, and often in too much pain and disability to do more than read and post on forums.

Sorry to hear about your ruined life chances; I suppose if I had my time over again I’d be a drug counsellor or a refugee human rights rights advisor!
I ask because not many Americans are aware of it.
Recently did a little piece on cultural Marxism if you’re interested.
