I'm not normally a big fan of attack ads, but the one referenced in the OP is an exception to that rule, much as Trump is an exception to almost every rule of politics. These last several months have truly disgusted me. If it's not clear already, I hate Trump. Not dislike, hate. There is nothing about him I like. I hate his politics, his personality, his background, and his tactics all. He and I could hardly be more opposite people. He's easily the worst, most genuinely evil candidate I've ever seen run for the presidency on either party's ticket and I find it despicable that he's so damn popular! It's taught me a few sobering lessons about what sort of country I live in. The man is a billionaire, a bully, and not-so-subtly a fascist (and I DON'T mean that in a hyberbolic sense), yet he's being treated as an endearing and trustworthy "outsider" who's candidacy is perfectly legitimate and deservedly within the mainstream spectrum of public debate. No! We should NOT be legitimizing fascist politics!! Trump is given wildly disproportionate air time with which to spout his message of hate and repression and us opponents of his are expected to simply laugh off his resultant political ascendancy. I've got news for you, people: they've got us laughing all the way to a Trump presidency! Isn't that funny??!!

Kasich's ad surprises me in its boldness of attack, but it is well-deserved. (It's not as if Trump hasn't lashed out at just about every single one of his opponents on a personal basis already.) In fact, I'm such a fan of it that I'll post it below so that the reader can actually see it for themselves. And you'll want to because the words printed in the OP don't by themselves fully capture the spirit and feel of this ad. THIS is the seriousness of tone with which Trump and his political ascendancy should be treated by all, in my view:
