Republican vice-presidential candidate Paul Ryan is barnstorming the country, promising to repeal every provision of the Affordable Care Act if the Romney-Ryan ticket is elected. But a letter he wrote to the Obama administration may undermine this message.

On December 10, 2010, Ryan penned a letter to the Department of Health and Human Services to recommend a grant application for the Kenosha Community Health Center, Inc to develop a new facility in Racine, Wisconsin, an area within Ryan's district. "The proposed new facility, the Belle City Neighborhood Health Center, will serve both the preventative and comprehensive primary health care needs of thousands of new patients of all ages who are currently without health care," Ryan wrote.

It may not be possible to repeal Obamacare, but it is possible to ruin it by refusing to permit legislative fixes for the problems and glitches that are inherent in any major piece of comprehensive legislation. By letting these problems fester like infection in an open wound the American people will come to hate Obamacare because it has a negative impact on their lives.

You may recognize it, but there is no way for you to deal with it effectively because the Constitution permits a determined group of people to stop ideologues.

Ryan is twice the man Biden is or ever was. The only thing Biden can do better is drink. That is the only answer to all of his verbal blunders. Now if he's not drunk when making blunders then he is just plain stupid. take your choice.

Those are just the few of the items that the democrats blocked bush on.

Feel free to google democratic obstructionism to see how they refined the art. I highly doubt you were complaining when they were doing it.

After Bush was reelected the Democrats blocked Social Security Reform and doubled down on the politics of personal destruction. If Obama is reelected the Democrats can expect payback in spades.

Umm, didn't Barry's deficit reduction commission offer some serious recommendations for reform here which were ignored?

Thought so.
