Perhaps not quite yet, but the Fat Lady is warming up in the green room. ;)

He gave some telling interviews this week. I wouldn't be surprised if he throws in the towel soon.

Hes he's a smart guy. He knows he has no shot. I think he knew it from the beginning. He was just trying to get certain issues on the table.

No he made statements that he put everything on the table and would make some changes to shake up his campaign. Something like this was expected.

That said he is not out, but he is done. Likely the next Surgeon General under President Cruz or Trump.

He'll be back cutting into brains soon since he couldn't score cutting into people's minds.

It will be interesting to see where his supporters land. I would think they will split between Trump and Cruz.

I heard an interesting suggested GOP strategy the other day. GOP candidates should pick a white horse candidate besides Trump, rally around him while the rest drop out.

The problem is getting the candidates to pick one.

Considering the massive egos of the typical candidate, I don't see any of them bowing out.

Their campaign financers might do that for them.

Well you know the number is down to 12 for Republican contenders already and with Carson out it will be scaled down to 11. Still too many. Time to start weeding more of 'em out.

Carson is an extremely intelligent man. However, he seems to be more concerned with social issues....those are not the problems that need attention.

Just today he was criticized for being too soft-spoken, meek and mild, not exactly the type of president this country needs. We can't win any wars or be on top of anything if our president is a mild-mannered person. Just think about the 3 AM phone call at the White House advising him that war is being declared. And his answer, they say, might go something like this. Ah, alright, let's hope things get better and there's peace in the world as we need it. Now I gotta get back to my sleep. Thanks for calling and have a good night. http://www.kolobok.us/smiles/artists/mini/alyur_mini_02.gif

There is nothing wrong with being soft spoken. I would much rather have a president that engages his brain before he opens his mouth. Intelligence & medical ability does not mean he is qualified to handle the presidency. Even Trump is better qualified than Carson.

The only thing he's qualified for is to pull the wool over people's eyes and give them a strong sell on BS points. That's about it as even members of his own party have said.
