My apologies in advance to any hyperliberal socialists who happen across this post... I'm the same Pollycy you've grown to dislike and put on "ignore" at politicalforum.com (when it's working). I'll probably migrate here permanently after the election -- especially if King Hussein is re-elected.

I hope that this Forum is not run by the same gaggle of incompetent amateurs who "maintain" politicalforum.com, but, if it is, it will become apparent shortly. This morning it is already plagued with another bout of "database errors".... Cheers.

I'm in the same boat. Just dipping my toes in right now, but I am planning to make the switch. There are still a few invaluable people over at PF that I would sincerely miss, so I will try and get them over here.

Thank you, that's very kind of you. I'm just an "ordinary average guy" who's been driven half-crazy since about 2005 by, well, nearly everything. I had an unexpectedly difficult time trying to get my old avatar to upload here, but it finally did. Now I'm "me" again, for better or worse. Thanks again!
