If they wait until election day to turn out there is no way to predict outcome. Of the 10 homes closest to mine, four were black families, nice as can be and still in touch with 3 of them.

I didn't live in the REALLY high crime section (MLK Blvd and Killingsworth) but that was within a mile.

3 of my 4 immediate black neighbors were college educated and worked as supervisors or upper management in manufacturing and technology.
