seems as though the american embassies in Egypt and Libya could have used the threat status today, and by the way that threat level chart mostly dissipated well before President Bush left office, taking credit for others work is a common theme with the Obama Admin and its' brethren.

Hey Cigar, your boy Clinton was offered Bin Laden on a silver platter, at least twice, and he refused to arrest him. And then Jamie Gorelick put up the wall between the CIA and FBI that prevented them from coordinating and possibly seeing the signs of an imminent attack.
