I just don't see how HC gets around the 18 U.S.C. Section 793(f) part which states "gross negligence" and "its proper place of custody".

No one can claim a personal unsecured off the .gov grid email server is classified emails "proper place of custody".

Whoever, being entrusted with or having lawful possession or control of any document. . .relating to the national defense, (1) through gross negligence permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of his trust, or to be lost, stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, or (2) having knowledge that the same has been illegally removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of its trust, or lost, or stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, and fails to make prompt report of such loss, theft, abstraction, or destruction to his superior officer, Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both."

BTW the released emails do not include the 30,000 HC deleted which the FBI did recover.

If it's found to be "Gross Negligence" by a Court of Law, then I guess that will be the end of it.

If not, are we done? Just asking.

I always threw out my broken records. Couldn't stand to hear the same part over and over and over and over and over again.

Email, Blah, Email, Blah, Email, Blah, Email, Blah, Email, Blah, Email, Blah, Email, Blah............nothing f*cking there........ :blahblah:

Now that this fiasco is over, and now that all of Hillary's detractors know that she WILL NEVER BEGOING TO JAIL OVER THIS IDOCY can we please just back to the race without all of these moronic distractions?

Or is your side still content in trying to find anything, under any rock, anywhere, to discredit this woman that will surely kill all chances of that train wreck, otherwise known as "Donald Trump" from ever becoming the next present of this country?

Time to let it go and move on.

The woman wasn't responsible for four people being killed in Benghazi, and none of you people crying bloody murder over it never knew or cared about those poor lost souls any damn way. I've never seen such misplaced hypocrisy, and feign anger in all my life.

President Bush, and his band of idiots were responsible for hundreds if not thousands of people dying NEEDLESSLY, but yes, by all means, lets keep banging this drum about Hillary and "four" people that none of you truly give now, or ever gave a damn about, or even knew existed before all of this ever happened.

And who in their right flipping mind really f*cking cares which email she kept on which server, when just about everyone in The Pentagon, The State Department, The FBI, The CIA, Homeland Security Department, most of the folks on Capital Hill, most of the staff in the Whitehouse, and most of the folks on most Military bases ALL DO THE SAME DAMN THING EVERY FLIPPING DAY!!!!!!!!!!!

You want to know why this was never a big deal, and why this woman was NEVER going to be charged with anything? Because of everything I just said, and if you weren't aware of everything I just said or if you don't believe it, then I would submit to you that you've been living under a rock somewhere for years.

Now here's a thought, leave all of this BS alone, go get a bag of popcorn, and continue to watch Donald Trump fall from out of the sky in his golden plane that was his campaign that has DEFINITELY hit the skids with all of the KKK chit, and watch it crash & burn.

Enjoy the show..................

There have been numerous legal experts who have written that Clinton is very unlikely to be indicted. I have posted a number of these analyses here myself. The latest was by the man who , a few years ago, headed up the criminal division of the Justice Dept. An expert, I would say.

I have read analysis after analysis that says "gross negligence" involves intent. No one can point to mal intent by Clinton.

Hanger 4 keeps repeating the same thing over and over, hundreds if not thousands of times. This is how "birthers" and other delusional fanatics are born.

I've been saying that since this story broke. She has the current justice department there to protect her.

Then when her election victory is secured by the Republicans nominating Trump, her Justice department can just let the issue die.

The setting up of the secret server to conduct State Dept. business was 'intentional' and it is not a "proper place of custody".

You're wasting your time. The lemmings would watch her behead a baby with a butter knife and say "the baby had it coming".

This is basically where we're at. Hillary is an out in the open criminal, any normal person would fry in the same spot, but her supporters will support her no matter what. It's at the point that, if she killed someone on video tape, both her supporters and a decent amount of the establishment would support and try to cover for her.

I cant disagree with that.

It doesn't matter what she does. Her supporters will justify and condone anything. They actually have a lot in common with the Trump supporters.

Trump hasn't done anything openly criminal.

Look, he's not the ideal candidate, but we're at such a tipping point that we need someone who will wipe out the current system, the power grip needs to be broken. He represents that. Sanders may too, but he's a full blown socialist who probably isn't going to beat Hillary. As much as you may support them, Cruz and Rubio don't represent that either.

Not a tirade.......

That's your "weak" attempt at deflection, and by the way you should know that words like "tirade" & "diatribe" have been grossly overused in all of these political forums by people who never have the hutzpah or ammunition to come back with anything substantial so do please try to get some new material.

Secondly, regarding getting proof for everything I said regarding this email BS.....talk to any private fresh out of any one of our military boot camps, or anybody for that matter that works in any one of our government's office's or departments I mentioned, and you'll get a real education. (if their being honest with you)

I did ad in the Benghazi nonsense which wasn't within your original post, but only because I thought it pertinent because it's just as bizarre & worthless as this email nonsense.

What's the matter Hanger4.................did it sting a little bit?

No he hasn't, but in the eyes of his supporters, he can do or say nothing wrong. They are similar to the Hillary supporters in that way.

I don't know how anyone could believe Trump will or even can accomplish anything in a positive way.
