SANTA ANA, Calif. — Workers at Orange County’s first licensed medical marijuana dispensary have unanimously decided to unionize.

South Coast Safe Access, which employs up to 22 people in Santa Ana, signed a labor agreement with United Food and Commercial Workers Union Local 324.

The Orange County Register reported Wednesday (http://bit.ly/219v259) that the contract provides employees minimum starting pay of $13.50 an hour, health benefits, vacation and paid pension contributions.

In other news that dispensary only hired 50% of the required staff due to the inability to pay entry level wages.

We're in a weed legal limbo here in Canada. Stores are popping up around the city that aren't dispensaries, just stores where you can buy marijuana.

No, that's not how it works. I have it on good authority, from the best conservative sources, that cannabis Addicts will knife and rob grandmothers, nuns, and girl scouts to get the increased money that is needed to pay the union Parasites.

Good for them! We need to bring unions back, the fall of the middle class in this country goes hand in hand with the rightwings war on unions.
The right hates decent wages and the middle class.

The former police chief says they should, but as of now police are ignoring it.
