Hillary’s women problem- most women don't like her (http://www.nationalreview.com/article/433596/hillary-clintons-low-ratings-among-women)

National Review looks at lots of poll numbers and provides the data. Large percentages of women don't like Hillary. From all demographic groups.

Steven Shepard of Politico wrote an important article last week about Donald Trump’s “rock bottom” ratings with women. And his low standing with women has certainly become a much-discussed topic among pundits analyzing the Donald Trump candidacy. An overlooked story, however, is that Hillary Clinton, who might become the first female president in the history of the United States, isn’t far behind in her unfavorability ratings among women. Our just-released poll shows that Donald Trump has a 68 percent unfavorable rating among women. But 58 percent of women say they view Hillary Clinton unfavorably. In fact, Hillary’s unfavorable rating was two points higher among women than it was among men.

But Hillary Clinton’s negatives among women voters are broad and deep. Our poll results, which mirror those of many other recent media polls, show that Hillary Clinton’s unfavorable ratings outweigh here favorability ratings in these areas:

In every region: In the East, 39 percent view her favorably; 53 percent view her unfavorably; in the Midwest, her ratings are 36 percent favorable to 62 percent unfavorable; in the South, 36 percent favorable to 60 percent unfavorable; in the West, 38 percent favorable to 54 percent unfavorable.

Among women on the right and in the center: Her ratings among Republican women are 9 percent favorable to 90 percent unfavorable; among independent women, they are 24 percent favorable to 65 percent unfavorable; among conservative women, 10 percent favorable to 88 percent unfavorable; among moderate women, 42 percent favorable to 50 percent unfavorable.

Hillary really does put women off.

A lot see her as an opportunist for refusing to leave a philandering husband, just because of his position. Others see her as a power-hungry shrew who would happily use military force nearly anywhere in the world where she doesn't get her way.

Hell hath no fury as a woman scorned -- and not only did Bill scorn poor Hillary, the citizens scorned her when they chose Obama over her.

Hillary, should she win this time around, is a danger to us all.

I don't have an excess of affection for Hillary Clinton but it is unrelated to her marriage or her gender. Her past record is the negative for me. I suspect there are few females that would vote for a presidential candidate just because it is a woman. Most of us are able to function using the brain instead of the ovaries to make decisions. How many men would vote for Trump just because he brags about the size of his hands?

I fear that there are a fair few women who will not vote for a woman because she is not a man. There are some very backward areas over there, to judge from what we hear.

True....there are idiots in every group. We have some here who think the appearance of the candidate's wife is a vital factor in deciding who should be president.....go figure.

Let's remember Trump has the lowest favorability rating among women.

Will women stay home, vote third party, if it's Trump v Clinton?

Women I know do not like or respect Hillary Clinton.

The only person I know who supports her is a black male and he admits that it's only because he's a Democrat and always goes with the party line. What's odd about this guy is that he's very conservative, but still votes a straight Democratic ticket. I asked him why and he told me "I'm black".

I think this election will set a new record in low voter turnout.

The National Review is a Conservative opinion rag... Their interpretation and opinions do not matter when talking about Clinton.. It's ALWAYS going to be negative.. so why bother.

Actually, National Review is not a conservative publication. Since William F Buckley passed away, they have drifted to the left. I suggest you give it read.
