Reporters haven’t asked about Sebelius breaking law in W.H. briefings (http://dailycaller.com/2012/09/18/reporters-havent-asked-about-sebelius-breaking-law-in-w-h-briefings/)

Reporters covering the White House don’t seem to have many questions about Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius, who was last week found in violation of federal law against engaging in political activity while on the job. A review of transcripts by The Daily Caller (http://www.whitehouse.gov/briefing-room/press-briefings) indicate that no questions have been asked by the reporters who cover the president about Sebelius during official White House briefings or gaggles since Sept. 12, when the U.S. Office of Special Counsel said in a report that the cabinet secretary violated the Hatch Act earlier this year.

It’s still up to President Obama whether Sebelius should keep her job or face some sort of punishment after being found in violation of the Hatch Act.

The ethics office said Sebelius violated the law on Feb. 25 while delivering a speech to Human Rights Campaign while serving in her official capacity as cabinet secretary. In her speech, she called for Obama’s re-election, and the election of the Democratic candidate for governor in North Carolina.
The Hatch Act prohibits certain civil servants in the federal government from engaging in political activity on the job.

It's time to declare war on the lame ass MSM. Don't watch the alphabet broadcasts! Get your news from the net and spread the truth. Do it every day.

And they won't. Reporting on ethical violations or crimes of this administration isn't part of the media's agenda.

They are allied with the DNC. So, no story here.

The last person to violate the Hatch Act did the right thing and stepped down.
Of course she was appointed under a conservative administration.
"Everyone plays by the same rules..."?
Indeed.

Curiously, the media seem decidedly incurious about corruption in the Obama admin. I have to believe that if a Bush or Romney admin official were caught violating federal law, they might have a question or two for the press secretary. Yes, they would.

and don't forget Gillibrand's tax fraud.

And then there is that female democrat from Maryland that has been voting in Florida and her home state...since 2007. I swear. These people are something.

They would be all over it if it had been Mitt. The rules don't apply to the dems.

Cary, the Hatch Act is LAW. It prohibits what Sebelius did. The liberal press shields the Obama admin and it's the press' responsibility to keep the American people informed - the preservation of our Liberty depends on it. They're shirking that responsibility every day and that's unethical and just plain wrong. The complaint is legit.

Law means nothing to socialists unless they are using the law as a weapon or tool to forward their political agenda. It's not about the rule of law anymore; it's about lawfare as in warfare.

Media is also ignoring the fact that under the Obama admin, US has fallen to number 10 in rating of free-est economies. We are rated UNDER chile and Mauritius. One spot above Bahrain!! But why would cary care? Brits aren't even listed in the first 11. They've given up.

Shouldn't the real question be why some republican congressman hasn't taken to the floor the issue that reporting is no longer reporting but editorialising and ignoring...set some damn standards that must be met or be fined...heavily.

The ignorance in this one post is boundless.

To even suggest that a post noting that not only a law had been violated but that the press corpse ignores it during a crucial election is "extremist" shows a level of moronic stupidity that shold be strapped to a table somewhere and studied like a bacterium..

This is the most important election of our lifetime; in fact, the most important election ever. The survival of our country is on the line.

Considering that she is one of the few women being groomed by the media to become the Hillary Clinton and future first female president, Obama will never punish the guilty politician and cabinet member.

As for the media, you are correct in that the right needs to continue spreading the truth about the 'in the tank for Obama' media across the Internet. People do notice.
