Six million Americans will pay the health care tax rather than obtain coverage under President Obama's health care law, according to a new Congressional Budget Office estimate Wednesday — a 50 percent increase over CBO's estimate of just two years ago.
CBO also said there will be 30 million people without insurance, though all but the 6 million will be exempt from the tax. The exempt Americans are a combination of illegal immigrants and those with incomes too low to pay income taxes.

I am, but mostly cause I doubt that there were 30 million uninsured Americans to begin with. Most such estimates are based on census data, where people receiving Medicare or medicaid frequently claim to be uninsured, since they do not have access to a doctor who will except their government insurance or are confused about whether the question is talking about private insurance.

Please note in the article that illegal aliens are counted as uninsured Americans. We don't have any idea how many illegal aliens we have. And that doesn't even consider the dead people who vote and deserve health insurance at taxpayer expense.
