Politics are such fun! I know of no other activity that has so many contradictions offered with straight faces. We have been watching recent reports where Ryan says he just can't support Trump at this time, all the Bushes & Romney are giving the convention a pass and multiple repubs are threatening to vote for Clinton. The ultimate irony? Remember when Trump was pressured to sign a pledge not to run as an Independent?

Yippee! Time to hire a good cat herder!

I think Ryan is just holding Trump's feet to the fire. Best not to lose any negotiating power by falling in line early.

Regarding republicans who are voting Hillary. Are any of these not Neocons?

If romney and bush stay home thats only two votes lost for trump in november

Because the GOP establishment has zero influence with the base of the party or among independents.

They could be....but I also think some are just partisan.....record, platform, not much matters when they have the right designation by their name (D or R).
