Supporters of Sen. Bernie Sanders have had it. The Nevada Democratic Convention in Las Vegas was a trainwreck (http://townhall.com/tipsheet/mattvespa/2016/05/17/icymi-the-nevada-democratic-convention-was-sort-of-a-trainwreck-n2164378), which ended with Sanders supporters, feeling slighted by the convention rules process, causing a ruckus and death threats being thrown at the state’s party chairwoman. The way Democratic National Committee Chairwoman Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz has handled the situation has also been criticized. Former Obama official and CNN commentator Van Jones said that he wished (http://townhall.com/tipsheet/leahbarkoukis/2016/05/19/dems-are-pretty-upset-with-dws-some-even-wish-reince-priebus-was-their-party-chair-n2165248) Reince Priebus of the Republican National Committee was his chairman, given his neutral tone throughout the GOP’s contentious contest; Schultz has been accused of tilting the race in Clinton’s favor. Now, a handful of petitions have been put forward to oust Schultz as the DNC chair, and it’s received over 200,000 signatures (via The Hill (http://thehill.com/blogs/ballot-box/bernie-sanders-debbie-wasserman-schultz-dnc-petition-hillary-clinton-favoritism-angry-fuming)):

Liberal groups such as Credo, Moveon.org and RootsAction have posted online petitions calling for Wasserman Schultz to resign from the DNC.

The main worry is that Sanders supporters at the Democratic National Convention will repeat the chaos that ensued in Nevada. Talking Points Memo reported (http://talkingpointsmemo.com/livewire/sanders-protest-permits-convention-philadelphia) that some have already secured the permits to conduct protests. Given this event and his supporters undying loyalty, there’s no reason to suspect that the self-described Democratic socialist is going to drop out any time soon, even with Hillary Clinton being less than 100 delegates away from clinching the nomination. He’s surely not having any trouble raising cash (http://thehill.com/blogs/ballot-box/dem-primaries/280745-sanders-outraised-clinton-in-april) to keep the Bernie train moving. The Vermont senator outraised Clinton in April, pocketing $26.9 million to Clinton’s $25 million.....snip~

She went from an extremely popular senator to the left to a very unpopular DNC chair.
Its disgustingly obvious that she has stacked everything in favor of Hillary for an admin job

Yeah, especially when Sanders supporters are talking about Protesting at the DNC convention. He must have thought they were Conservative.

Sanders supporters are nothing but a bunch of silly, immature, petulant little children clinging to the pant legs of an old fool because he promises them candy.

Only after he's used and had his way with them, will they find out there never was any candy.

I have no idea what was going through his mind, but I am perfectly comfortable with Debbie Wasserman Schultz representing liberalism to the rest of the world.

She is going to give up that DNC spot to be part of Hillary's cabinet. So she thinks.

It would be nice to see her lose that Congressional Seat too.

Oh my.....Huff Po really wants Wassermann Schultz gone. Back to back hit pieces on her. Not that lil Debbie will let any of it sink it. What say ye?

Democrats Can’t Unite Unless Wasserman Schultz Goes!.....

As we recently wrote, “... She embodies the tactics that have eroded the ability of Democrats to once again be the party of the working class. As Democratic National Committee chair she has opened the floodgates for Big Money, brought lobbyists into the inner circle and oiled all the moving parts of the revolving door that twirls between government service and cushy jobs in the world of corporate influence.”

And that ain’t all. As a member of Congress, particularly egregious has been her support of the payday loan business, defying new regulations from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) that would rein in an industry that soaks desperate borrowers. As President Obama said, “While payday loans might seem like easy money, folks often end up trapped in a cycle of debt.”

So why has Wasserman Schultz been so opposed to the CFPB’s proposed rules? She has said, “Payday lending is unfortunately a necessary component of how people get access to capital, [people] that are the working poor.” But maybe it has something more to do with the $2.5 million or so the payday loan industry has donated to Florida politicians from both parties since 2009. That’s according to a new report by the liberal group Allied Progress. More than $50,000 of that cash has gone to Rep. Wasserman Schultz.

But we digress. It’s the skullduggery going on within the Democratic Party establishment that’s our current concern and as we wrote in March, Rep. Wasserman Schultz “has played games with the party’s voter database, been accused of restricting the number of Democratic candidate debates and scheduling them at odd days and times to favor Hillary Clinton, and recently told CNN’s Jake Tapper that superdelegates — strongly establishment and pro-Clinton — are necessary at the party’s convention so deserving incumbent officials and party leaders don’t have to run for delegate slots ‘against grassroots activists.’ Let that sink in, but hold your nose against the aroma of entitlement.”

Rep. Wasserman Schultz is facing a primary challenge for the first time this year, her opponent a law professor, activist and progressive Sanders supporter named Tim Canova. But the primary’s not until late August, long after the Democratic National Convention. Unless she steps down now or Hillary Clinton has her removed, Philadelphia will be dominated by someone who represents everything that has gone wrong with the Democratic Party and Washington. At the convention’s opening session, Debbie Wasserman Schultz will be bringing the gavel down squarely on progressive hopes of returning the party to its legacy as champion of working people and the dispossessed......snip~

What cabinet position could possibly be dumbed down enough to give it her?

You're kidding Right? Uhm, Susan Rice is the current NSA Chief Advisor. Its not the position that is dumbed down. Not until it is given to one who would surely dumb it down. Like Susan Rice has done with the NSA.

So in Wassermann Schultz case. Anything she is given.

Well, my point is that if a cabinet position can be dumbed down enough for her to fill it, it should be considered unneeded and eliminated.

Hillary of course promised Wasserman a cabinet position she needed the DNC influence and power on her side. She did that before this campaign started.

Wasserman is not a shoo in for re election in fla

When they screw over Sanders and his supporters. She may get knocked from that seat. Then after Hillary's loses. She will more than likely be out of employment.
