It was intended to help small business owners recover from the attacks.
Congressman Jerold Nadler wrote an open letter to Donald Trump demanding that he return a federal grant he accepted following the 9/11 attacks.
Nadler is referring to recent reports that have resurfaced a 2006 Daily News exposé (http://www.nydailynews.com/archives/news/feds-gave-donald-quick-bundle-titans-9-11-funds-set-small-biz-article-1.558429).

The presidential candidate reportedly received a $150,000 grant for his property, 40 Wall Street LLC, through the World Trade Center Business Recovery Grant program.
Congressman Jerold Nadler who represents Ground Zero wants Donald Trump to return the money he took from a post-9/11 recovery fund.
