Judge Expands Investigation into Hillary Clinton’s Dealings with Foundation Donors (http://www.nationalreview.com/article/437312/hillary-clinton-emails-secret-meetings-clinton-foundation-donors)

Another Freedom of Information Act case. The FBI should be investigating these public corruption charges.

Judge Rosemary Collyer, the federal judge presiding over a public-records case brought by Citizens United, was initially hesitant to allow the release of Valmoro’s e-mails, and asked the group to provide one example of an off-the-books meeting with Clinton Foundation donors. As part of a joint filing with the State Department on Monday, Citizens United presented the judge with several pieces of evidence suggesting Valmoro deliberately struck from the official schedule a December 6, 2012 dinner in Dublin, Ireland with several Clinton Foundation and Clinton campaign donors, organized by Teneo co-founder Declan Kelly. Though Valmoro was made aware of the Dublin meeting through an earlier e-mail chain, neither Clinton’s archived daily calendar nor her detailed official schedule make any note of it.

Citizens United characterizes the State Department’s decision to go along with the filing as an acknowledgement that Clinton did, in fact, maintain a secret schedule. Collyer was apparently convinced, ordering the State Department on Wednesday to produce 500 pages of Valmoro’s e-mails by the end of August. An additional 500 pages will be released every four weeks from that date, until Citizens United obtains all messages relating to the 14 overseas trips specified.

The latest look into Clinton’s potential abuse of her government post to facilitate Clinton Foundation donations comes the same week as new revelations about her use of a private e-mail server. On Monday, Judicial Watch, another conservative nonprofit, published an additional 165 pages of e-mails from Clinton’s time as secretary of state. Those e-mails — which surfaced only after a court ordered them released — are all professional in nature, undermining Clinton’s repeated claim that she turned over all work-related e-mails to the State Department after stepping down in 2013.

Let's see. This would be Benghazi-like inquiry Number 5,682 with no clear evidence, once again, for the anxious right-wingers. They must be getting pretty tired of losing all the time and being seen as TAX AND SPEND CONSERVATIVES, which they are. Oh, but they believe in being "conservative" with the American people's money don't they? Yeaahh.... riiiight. Sure they do! http://www.kolobok.us/smiles/standart/taunt.gif

I'm sure there is illegal activity there, but I'm just as sure that she and her husband will skate.

When will you finally realize that they are above the law?

Yes of course private meetings to sell out the USA, Nothing to see!

Liberals are so predictable. The only people that they think should investigate is republicans. And they have been getting off the hook on all the fake charges that the democrats brought against them

This is a federal court. Read the article. The judge was not going to allow certain evidence. But he changed his mind.

Whats pathetic is that they now think all can be correlated to Benghazi. Which for some reason.....they just don't get it. Hillary lied about the Anti Muslim video and so did BO peep. That was proven and validated. There is no changing that reality. The record will stand.....for the rest of time.

BO peep and Hillary Lied about Benghazi for political reasons and a election.

I wonder how much cash the Koch brothers and the RNC had to deposit into his Swiss bank account to make that happen....

Don't you worry about that.....what you need to worry about is. Hillary and her Team making sure they get those 500 emails out by the end of August. If not, then she will be in violation of a Court Order.

And as you have seen yourself.....Hillary and her people have a bad time keeping schedules.

The Department of Justice told the judge (http://dailycaller.com/2016/06/30/exclusive-state-department-wont-release-clinton-foundation-emails-for-27-months/) they would produce the requested emails by October 2018....

Let's see how the judge reacts to that.

Department of Justice officials filed a motion in federal court late Wednesday seeking a 27-month delay in producing correspondence between former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s four top aides and officials with the Clinton Foundation and Teneo Holdings, a closely allied public relations firm that Bill Clinton helped launch.

If the court permits the delay, the public won’t be able to read the communications until October 2018, about 22 months into her prospective first term as President. The four senior Clinton aides involved were Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Michael Fuchs, Ambassador-At-Large Melanne Verveer, Chief of Staff Cheryl Mills, and Deputy Chief of Staff Huma Abedin.

Oh they only filed a motion, huh? The good news is.....that won't affect Judge Sullivan and the case before him.
