I don't put it that high, but I think it is in the high 50's to low 60's

That of course is not to say that America is going to win. but it is a terrible choice to have to make this year.

Way too early to tell. Trump might just bide his time and let Clinton and company shoot their wads and then come up with something devastating that destroys them.

It is too early. There is way too much dirt on both sides to come out prior to the election.

It will be entertaining, that is for sure.

Who will win the presidency? The establishment. They have owned it for a long time. The only people who will be their front man or woman are players and it is amongst them that one will be chosen to run their office for 4 or 8 years until the day comes that they can do away with the pretense altogether. Every 4 years they play us for suckers and every 4 years we fall for it.

Johnson is a republican who could not cut the mustard with republican voters in 2012 so libertarians got him on sale at a discount.

Your comment on responsibility? As far off the base as one can be. With more freedom comes more responsibility. If anything, voting for the establishment is divorcing one from responsibility so that Mother Welfare and Father State can take care of you.

I disagree, because I view Trump far differently from you.

Regardless: valuing freedom as I do, I see no way to enhance such a value by voting for a guy that {a} I disagree with on many issues, and {b} has a 0% chance of implementing his ideas.

I think you're fooling yourself into thinking you're doing something. You may as well have taken your ballot home with you.

Yes, you view Trump differently because you bought his bullshit. He's saying what he needs to in order to get elected. He's not going to attempt to lessen government. On the contrary, he's going to add to it. A wall? Not gong to happen under Trump.

I have the more adult sense of civic responsibility.

my duty is to vote for the best candidate with a chance to win.

symbolic votes based on idealism are pointless

in this election only two candidates have a realistic chance of winning and that is trump or hillary

between the two trump is much better than hillary

This country was founded on certain ideals. Voting for candidates whose aspirations that are antithetical to them is what is unraveling the country.

You're part of the problem, not the solution.

Winning an election means worms if you aren't reclaiming or preserving your freedom.
