From an early age as a junior prosecuting lawyer at 1974 Watergate, Hillary was labelled, unethical, dishonest and a liar. Since then, the spin of who said what continues, but the facts are that Hillary didn’t come across very well by those that worked with her, even back then.

Some people change, Hillary didn’t. Hillary, and this applies to the vast majority of politicians, isn’t ‘fighting for us’ or anyone else, which is why she’s worth $32m and the stupid get an EBT card and a cheap mobile phone.

When politicians do something wrong, it’s damage control time and a look to place the blame somewhere else. That’s understandable, you never a saw a politician who admitted they made mistakes. They also have front people to take the blame, as Wasserman Schultz found to her cost. So, let’s take a quick look behind the conspiracy theories, away from the partisan nonsense.

The simple truth is that Hillary compromised national security on her private email servers. Anything after that is damage control and also a bonus chance to get back at her opponents. The two big bug bears are Trump and Russia and what better opportunity to blame them for it. Not only does it distract from her errors, it delivers a blow to the ‘enemy’ as well.

Suggest the Russians are behind it and did it to disrupt the National Convention. Meanwhile, Trump suggests revaluating NATO policies and dialogue with Russia. Put the two together and there emerges a big conspiracy against poor Hillary. How could she possibly compete against both Trump and Russia. Add on the view of various ‘experts’, based entirely on public information. U.S. Ambassador to Russia Michael McFaul exclaims in awe, ‘The Russians were behind it’, CNN puts up news breaking headlines based entirely on the Clinton campaign views and Twitter goes into overdrive. It must be true, look it’s all over the internet. Yet they’re not facts, they’re opinions presented as facts.

Cameron, the British PM, used exactly the same method in the recent BREXIT campaign in the UK, suggesting Russia was involved in a plot to destabilise the UK. Nuland, Kerry and McCain said the same when it was discovered they were involved in overthrowing the democratically elected president in the Ukraine. It’s all Russia’s fault. When something can’t be proved, the next best thing is to make suggestions and use the media to reinforce those suggestions in the minds of the gullible.

The pressure is off Hillary, as the indoctrinated chase ghosts and point to who said what and so it must be true. It’s a little like Al Gore and his predictive end of the world global warming theories, or China is going to invade the US, by whogivesas**t on some obscure cable network. It’s no longer about Hillary; Trump is now a traitor and a Russian stooge and they’re conspiring against America. Forget the emails, this is now ‘news’.

It works for many. Hillary didn’t lie, she just didn’t tell the truth. She didn’t do anything wrong, it was all the fault of Wasserman Schultz and it happened because of Russia and Trump. Jail for Hillary? That’s an opinion, but she’s certainly not a fit and proper person to lead America. Hillary is a perfectly designed fashion accessory for a dumbed down gullible public, where presentation and the ability to convince without laughing, matters more than honesty and facts.

Enter the next batch of stupid. It’s difficult not to laugh

‘We’ll be fighting in the streets, with our children at our feet
And the morals that they worship will be gone
And the men who spurred us on, sit in judgement of all wrong
They decide and the shotgun sings the song […] though I know that the hypnotized never lie . . .

Pete Townshend would frown upon your use of his music.

Stick with conservative acts like rush, nugent, metalica...

Wow I guess that is a complete list!

Daltry is very anti Labour (Democrat). The anarchy of the 60s was all part of The Who act. The song was a take on what he saw as the corruption and gullibility then, and relevant to what is happening today. But, back to Hillary . . .

Daltry doesn't own the copyrights.

I can't think of one who song he has written.

I don't care who owns what. Back to the topic or get banned.
