That says it all.....
Here's more:
If the number of Americans that “wanted jobs” was the same today as it was back in 2007, the “official” unemployment rate put out by the U.S. government would be up to 11 percent (http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/ezra-klein/post/wonkbook-the-real-unemployment-rate-is-11-percent/2011/12/12/gIQAuctPpO_blog.html).
The average amount of time that a worker stays unemployed in the United States is now over 40 weeks (http://research.stlouisfed.org/fred2/series/UEMPMEAN).
One recent survey found that 77 percent (http://www.usnews.com/news/blogs/washington-whispers/2011/11/07/7-in-10-blame-economy-for-hiring-freeze) of all U.S. small businesses do not plan to hire any more workers.
There are fewer payroll jobs in the United States today than there were back in 2000 (http://www.usnews.com/opinion/mzuckerman/articles/2011/06/20/why-the-jobs-situation-is-worse-than-it-looks) even though we have added 30 million extra people to the population since then.
According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, 16.6 million Americans were self-employed back in December 2006. Today, that number has shrunk to 14.5 million (http://www.usatoday.com/money/smallbusiness/story/2011-09-07/Fewer-people-choose-to-be-self-employed/50305432/1).
A Gallup poll from earlier this year found that approximately one out of every five (http://www.foxnews.com/us/2011/07/06/underemployed-new-reality-american-job-market/) Americans that do have a job consider themselves to be underemployed.
According to author Paul Osterman, about 20 percent (http://money.usnews.com/money/careers/articles/2011/10/19/the-ranks-of-the-underemployed-continue-to-grow) of all U.S. adults are currently working jobs that pay poverty-level wages.
Back in 1969, 95 percent of all men between the ages of 25 and 54 had a job. In July, only 81.2 percent (http://www.bloomberg.com/news/print/2011-08-25/obama-seeks-jobs-plan-as-u-s-workingman-status-further-erodes.html) of men in that age group had a job.
19 percent (http://endoftheamericandream.com/archives/have-we-raised-an-entire-generation-of-young-men-that-do-not-know-how-to-be-men) of all American men between the ages of 25 and 34 are now living with their parents. A staggering 48.5 percent (http://blogs.wsj.com/economics/2011/10/05/nearly-half-of-households-receive-some-government-benefit/) of all Americans live in a household that receives some form of government benefits. Back in 1983, that number was below 30 percent.

This has been tried already, the problem is that Obama supporters don't give a flying fuck about graphs, facts, statistics, or anything objective. It's all about how they "feel", and nobody else matters. Who cares where the free (low minority, not white, and not veteran) phones for Cleveland comes from, that the money for those phones comes from taxpayers? They don't care about anything but their free junk. These people are completely subjective and they believe that the best politician is the one who will shell out the most food stamps, social security checks, welfare, and other crap for them.

Look ever so closely at the graph that was provided in the OP. The very astute will notice that the Jobs market was in decline since the very beginning of the former administration... According to that graph there was no job growth. This is exactly what the Bush tax cuts were supposed to rectify. And they didn't. They haven't now for 12 years. In fact, they've had a major negative impact on the economy as it now stands:
Oh Those Wonderful Tax Cuts... (http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/08/24/bush-era-tax-cuts-revenue-expire_n_1828657.html)
Bush-Era Tax Cuts Will Cost U.S. Nearly $1 Trillion Over Next Decade
Letting the Bush-era tax cuts of 2001 and 2003 expire on schedule at the end of 2012 would bring the government nearly $1 trillion in revenue over the next 10 years , according to a new report from the Congressional Budget Office . That’s $823 billion in added revenue and $127 billion in interest to be exact, for a total $950 billion in ten-year deficit reduction.
The House voted in favor of extending the cuts earlier this month, but Obama has vowed to veto the measure, and lawmakers are likely to address the dispute after the elections. For his part, President Obama has said he supports extending the cuts for the middle class, or those making less than $250,000, while returning to the rates seen under President Clinton for anyone making more.

That woman is actually to be pitied. Even though she disgusts me and I personally would refuse her chance to vote, she is nothing more or less than a society-created parasite, an vapid emtpy-headed worhtless piece of human excrement. She's as much a slave as those of the 1700's, but she's been given the shackles by Massa and put them on her own thick limbs herself. She will NEVER know liberty, never know what it is like to make something of herself, NEVER live beyond the level of "comfortable serf" that the demonic Democrat party has given to her (with your and my money).
But while I do feel bad for her, I'd be more than thrilled to see her drop dead and perhaps the welfare wasted on her could be bestowed upon someone who is just temporarily down on their luck and needs a hand UP. Fuck her, the pig.

Sure does. Since unemployment is a lagging indicator, Bush bears responsibility for this calamity. A new president literally cannot change unemployment figures for years, since they lag.
Of course Obama now has changed the figures and we are now generating more new jobs per month than Bush did his whole presidency.

Watch the debate, and try to be objective. If Mitt does very well in the debate, which he likely will, the liberal media will disagree or say the debate was too close to call. If Obama just criticizes Romney, and does not effectively defend his first term, Obama should lose.

The CBO, by law, uses static models when projecting the affects of tax cuts or increases. A dynamic model would allow them to adjust for economic growth or contraction resulting from tax policy.

TROLL ALERT!
"We have consistently held the view that the labor force participation rate would not rebound any time soon and its decline is mainly driven by the ageing (sic) of the population and the exit of the baby boomers from the labor market," Barclays Capital economist Michael Gapen wrote in a research note. "Therefore, the decline in the unemployment rate is not reflective of underlying strength in employment in this report."

Thanks for proving my point -- another troll that can't deal with the facts. Here I'll help you:

Let's see if you can engage in rational discussion then.
That's a nice appeal to authority. Someone stating an opinion is not only not proof it's not even an argument.
You're up.

It's an appeal to an economist rather than a rightwing blogger.
Balls in our court. Got a rebuttal from ANY informed person. If not, don't try to use big phrases like "appeal to authority" where they don't apply.
Oh and go into detail about why any rational person should accept the interpretation of a rightwing blogger over an economist. Go into excrutiating detail.

Doesn't matter who it is, you're just giving another opinion, no argument, no facts, no logic. That would be rational. Waiting....

And Obama signed it into law, no veto, imagine that.
OH yea he had a gun to his head.
Frickin' idiots.
The Gun (http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2010/12/01/senate-republicans-vow-block-dem-legislation-tax-cuts-budget-pass/)
Senate Republicans Vow to Block Dem Legislation Until Tax Cuts, Budget Pass
Every Senate Republican has signed onto a letter vowing to block all Democratic-backed legislation until the chamber extends the Bush tax cuts and approves a spending bill to keep the government running, Fox News has learned.
Throwing down the gauntlet, all 42 members of the GOP caucus are sending the letter to Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid warning him that they will bring matters to a standstill unless he swiftly brings those tax-and-spending issues to the floor.
That means putting on the backburner a push to repeal the military's policy banning gays from serving openly in the military, a bill giving illegal immigrant students and military members a pathway to legal status and an extension of long-term unemployment benefits.
Bang, bang.

any other excuses you wish to make for Obama?...lol.
i mean, I have read some really wacked out stuff, but for you to say a "gun" was held to his head, is just absolutely insane. Just admit that your boy is a clown and move on. Don't try to defend the indefensible.
