I have often thanked God he saw fit to precede the birth of this generation with the generation that founded this nation.

I mean....imagine today say a Lewis and Clark observing one of today's college campus 'safe zones.'

Eastwood makes a valid point -- society has become so touchy/feely that you have to watch what you say just to keep from stepping on delicate toes.

And, I'm not talking about saying racist or bigoted things. Simply saying Trump is a lesser evil than Hillary will get the snowflakes in an uproar.

Invest in Kleenex, because folks are going through it at record pace with all that sniveling.

Was speaking to my.....a family member.

Mentioned this pu$$y generation.....he said "you know what they say"

I said no.

He said "you are what you eat"

I explained there are just things certain family members just don't need to know.

I could be wrong, but don't most of the whiners come from the Left of the aisle? Trump could lose and I wouldn't shed a tear. I'll feel sorry for all the lives that will be lost in Hillary's wars, but who cries over a candidate not being elected?

Oh wait....I know.

I'm not in denial -- and I don't lie.

I haven't seen any "crying," but I've seen a lot of anger and fist-shaking at Obama's policies. There is a difference.

The folks who demand "safe spaces" are the ones who can't deal with reality and have to cry. And -- those folks reside on the Left end of the political spectrum.

That's becoming a major problem.

Trump isn't the solution, just a symptom.

There have been a few -- a loud and obnoxious few, to be sure -- but not the majority by a long shot.

And, the liberals don't really have any room to judge when they're panting hot and heavy after Trump's tax returns.

Obama caught some tough breaks, but he also caused some of his own problems...like his meddling in the Middle East with things like demanding that the Muslim Brotherhood have a seat at Egypt's decision-making table. He stepped right in that one, and in doing so, harmed our relationship with an ally, turning them toward Russia. He's done a good deal to destabilize the Middle East even more than it was when he took office.

I'm waiting for someone to demand the return of his Nobel Peace Prize. LOL

Very true. Trump is absolutely a symptom. The support of Trump is -- to a large extent -- protest support.

I'm waiting for someone to demand the return of his Nobel Peace Prize. LOLEvery candidate since Reagan has released theirs. Clinton released 8 years worth and Trump initially promised to release his then began his "audit" nonsense then when he found you and other supporters didn't care flat out said "I won't release them, there's nothing to learn there". I would have love to had an expert opinion on that.

When I would say something like you just said, "Everyone else did it..." my mother would ask me if I'd jump off a cliff just because "everyone else jumped off a cliff?"

In reality -- if you continue to demand that Trump release his tax returns -- documents that are NOT required to be released -- then you can't say anything about the birthers who whined about Obama.

Because, you're doing the same thing -- only the candidate has changed.

If you want presidential candidates to release their tax returns -- work on getting the law changed. Until then, you're just advocating jumping off a cliff...

I could probably work up a better "explanation," given a few more minutes...

but, I AM happy with "how I feel."

I'm a happy person for the most part. I have my ideas and beliefs but very little gets me down. Especially not politics.
