I don't believe that he advised her to conduct classified government business over an unsecured private email system.

I would believe that he did tell her to keep her private emails on another system though.

The FBI didn't think that a prosecutor would get a jury to convict on the gross negligence standard of the Espionage Act. However, Director Comey laid down a prima facia case against her. Additionally it is clear she violated other laws such as the Federal Records Act. She also lied to Congress which is a violation of 18 USC 1001.

Why does this matter? Even small children are admonished for taking bad advise from their friends as in "If Billy jumped off a bridge would you?"
How can it possibly matter that a grown women in a position of authority who wishes to be leader was advised to break the law?
IMO, this is among the most ridiculous, meaningless , deflective debates of the whole political season.
I don't care if Jesus came to her in a dream and said "Hilary, break the law, the same law you seek to imprision other people for breaking" . The law is the law. There is a purpose to this law . And if she can be that easily led there is no way in hell she should be president!

Powell probably didn't know what the (C) meant either.

I can imagine Huma...... and Hillary.... awash in anxiety about the coming FBI investigation....... they've already removed headers and deleted emails.... now confronted with the FBI being in possession of some emails where the designation C is clearly visible.... In other words, classified where she'd been telling We the People the exact opposite...... Huma probably saying 'just say you didn't know what it was.'

"I can't say that", says Hillary, "no one will believe that, even my own adoring fans will not buy that line of kaka."

"Oh trust me Hill", says the scorned and angry Huma, "I've seen the tpf site, many many, will believe you, carry your buckets, suck up to you, defend every and anything you say, they're sheep, you're their herder."

"You sure, Huma?"

"Look to AZ Jim, Maineman, Exo, Cigar, Bo, TrueEwe........"

Can someone, anyone explain to me why it matters or how it makes Hilary's actions "excuseable" if she listened to poor, illegal advice from another politician? She has the resources to check the legality of those "recommended actions" in a day or less.
How can it possibly be a "plus" if the woman you want to lead our counrty's defence for treason is essentially that she is a mindless follower? Are those of you who are defending her on that basis really thinking about what your saying?
First, we were to believe that despite her position she was too stupid to know the symbol for classified. Now we are to excuse her because someone else told her to committ these clearly illegal acts?
Don't you people realize that if either or both of those things are true it should disqualify her from any position of leadership, much less the American presidency?
