The tragic and sudden death of Miami Marlins pitcher José Fernández in a boating accident Sunday left his team and his fans in utter shock over the loss of the 24-year-old.

Fernández, who was born in Cuba, became a U.S. citizen last year, his girlfriend had a baby on the way and he had already been named an All-Star twice in his four seasons pitching for the Marlins.

Toxicology reports released by the local medical examiner's office record that he had a blood-alcohol content level well above Florida's legal limit. Cocaine,alcohol and a speedboat running is not a good combination.

Before Fernandez's name gets slandered it was the driver who had drugs in his system.

Speed was the cause of the crash.Velocity speed,not meth.

Guy had a baby on the way, too. :(
