"The poll shows Obama with the highest approval to date in his second term. The rating also matches his best since he first took office in 2009."

Do you not see a correlation between Obama not visibly taking part in decision-making and his polls going up? He's laying low. I won't say he's a lame duck because he's quietly still working on bringing us to the edge of war in Syria and he's still trying to open our southern border. Judges keep slapping him down on that one.

But, he's not in the media quite so much and that adds to his approval rating.

A good rating to be sure -- but for all the wrong reasons.

Americans are fickle indeed.
